JOB SUMMARY The Director Program Management is responsible for leading and executing cross‑function and/or critical enterprise projects and programs using BKV PM best practices.

This work involves strategic planning, project management, executive‑level communication, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the projects/programs deliver on its intended outcomes. Collaborate with BU/functional leadership, project/program leadership and PMOs across BKV to define, standardize, and mature the “BKV way” for Project/Program Management governance, processes, reporting frameworks, and tools.

The role collaborates with experienced professionals, implements policies and strategies for short‑term results, and influences others outside their own area of work regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES Typical job responsibilities of the Director Program Management include:

Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program and project success.

Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.

Monitor and report on the progress and performance of the program portfolio.

Make recommendations to support decisions regarding project initiation, continuation, or termination.

Actively use the BKV Change Management Toolkit, ensuring key steps are followed and project resources contribute appropriately.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Help lead M&A activities related to integration of acquired assets.

Perform other duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

>M&A integration experience in Upstream Oil and Gas, including setting up an IMO, workstream support, synergy identification, and value capture preferred. Knowledge of strategy, portfolio, project management, process improvement, and change management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job‑related applications e.g., project management and digital visualization software and tools.

Analytical, structured thinker. Ability to quickly break down problems, information, and data into logical groupings, clear next steps, etc.; naturally curious to continue asking the next question; fast to narrow in on the crux of an issue; ability to add structure quickly to ambiguity of all kinds.

Comfortable with numbers; strong experience analyzing complex data sets, building models, and identifying or understanding relationships between metrics.

Advanced PowerPoint skills. Building decks for C‑Suite executives is required.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job‑related applications. Uses understanding of digital concepts to create basic digital tools.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.

Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience including strategic enterprise‑wide program and project management e.g., technology implementations and M&A integration.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.

SALARY RANGE

$165,000 - $335,000 Annual

Short‑term Incentive: 35%

Long‑term Incentive: Eligible
