Overview Are you ready to join a high-performing marketing team at a global industry leader? MasterSpas is the world’s largest swim spa manufacturer and the largest hot tub manufacturer building spas in the USA. Our growing portfolio includes industry-leading hot tubs, swim spas, and cold tubs, including the Michael Phelps product lines. We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help bring our brands to life.

Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with an emphasis on InDesign

Create and maintain cohesive brand visuals across brochures, advertisements, sales materials, POP displays, and digital assets

Prepare and preflight files for print; coordinate with print vendors to ensure quality and accuracy

Support photoshoots, content creation events, and other marketing initiatives as needed

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Maintain attention to detail across all deliverables, including layout accuracy and proofreading

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience in a related field

3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing department or creative agency

Strong experience in both print and digital design

Advanced proficiency in InDesign (required), Illustrator, and Photoshop

Working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem

Strong proofreading and quality-control skills

A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength and execution, including examples of printed collateral

Job Details Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with an hour lunch and Friday 8am-12pm

This is an onsite role.

Compensation Based on experience.
