Social Media Content Creator Specialist

on a

contract basis

to support our Customer's business needs. This role is

hybrid (purposeful on-site) in Sunnyvale, CA . Responsibilities

Develop engaging social media content and visuals that translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, culturally relevant storytelling across major platforms Lead creative development for social content in partnership with brand, creative, marketing, and leadership teams Create cohesive visual assets for product launches, brand initiatives, and testimonial content while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance Optimize social content performance using platform analytics, experimentation, and trend insights Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable content systems and manage digital asset libraries Introduce innovative visual approaches to keep social presence modern, engaging, and competitive Support global social media program expansion and best practice development Drive measurable business impact through community engagement, reporting, and performance insights Skills And Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in social content creation and design 1-2+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical device marketing preferred Proven experience supporting major brands or agencies (portfolio required) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts Expertise with social media platforms and tools, including Sprinklr Publishing & Engagement and Sprinklr Insights Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills Ability to manage shifting priorities between long-term initiatives and urgent needs Strong understanding of healthcare systems and compliance-driven content environments Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro, and social-first video editing tools Demonstrated ability to translate clinical or technical information into accessible, high-performing creative Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally Experience building and managing social media workflows in Jira and Agile/Scrum environments preferred Additional Information
