
Role Description
HIRSCH is looking for a talented, motivated and well-rounded Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for executing on the overarching marketing strategies across product campaigns, customer-facing channels (search engines, social media, catalogs, etc.) and partnering with the Sales Team to ensure they have the necessary tools and assets to increase conversions. Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans across both digital and traditional marketing channels. Plan, oversee, and execute email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles and press releases. Generate marketing performance reports with actionable insights. Manage the data integrity of the company CRM system. Work closely with the creative team to create trackable sales collateral that align marketing and sales goals. Continually evaluate and optimize digital and print marketing to align messaging with marketing goals to maximize ROI. Maintain the digital SEO presence for the organization, which includes monitoring and updating industry specific search engines. Collaborate with the Creative Team in the creation of customized flyers, eblasts, presentations and catalogs for internal and external clients. Build and execute internal communication processes for employee awareness and external communication to be utilized by the Sales Team. Ownership and management of the showroom and physical marketing assets. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in either Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications or related field. A minimum of 2 years in marketing or related roles. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience with email marketing platforms and/or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact). Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices. Graphic design skills are a plus. Creative Cloud experience is a plus. Photography/Videography skills are a plus.
