As the Client Manager, you will deliver exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients by actively managing client accounts, guiding associate teams, and cultivating strong relationships within the branch and with clients and vendor partners. How You’ll Make an Impact

You are the strategic relationship manager and client liaison. You lead increasingly complex self‑funded accounts while collaborating with senior teammates. You recognize a client’s day‑to‑day needs and provide solutions while managing their annual strategy. You share market expertise and keep clients well‑informed of compliance issues. You cross‑solve with clients to communicate resources available within Gallagher. You champion Gallagher resources and tools to maximize efficiency in managing client deliverables. Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process. Retention is 95%. Guide, develop, and mentor new hires, account management, and team resources. Prioritize workflow and ensure accountability in both internal and external partnerships. Complete internal professional development programs to gain an understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes. Required

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience – or High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Life & Health License is required. Preferred

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors
