Responsibilities We’re looking for a Federal Channel Account Manager to help grow our business specifically with Carahsoft and the VAR Community. You would be responsible for working with Carahsoft on driving a strategic partnership with them as well as onboarding new and emerging partners, developing and maintaining longstanding relationships with current partners, and for supporting all technical and commercial partner needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hunting-focused Channel Sales reps looking to join a high-growth software company with a Leader in the DEX space that has existing presence in the US Federal Government and on the way to FedRamp.

Work with our direct Federal AE’s, Fed Leadership to navigate and onboard partners through a detailed/focused plan

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at all levels throughout the partner(s)

Serve as the primary point-of-contact and escalation point for partners selling 1E solutions

Develop and implement business plans with new and existing partners to make sure short-term and long-term goals are met and exceeded.

Serve as the subject matter expert for 1E sales motion/messaging

Increase brand awareness, partner commitment, and engagement in GTM activities.

Develop pipeline through your Channel for the Direct Fed Reps

Requirements

5-7+ years Channel experience within the Fed Partner Community

A hunter mentality Proven ability to recruit and onboard new partners while maintaining relationships with existing partners

Ability to develop strong partner relationships from an operational level Experience developing and launching GTM strategies

Proven attention to detail and ability to work effectively on multiple priorities. Top-tier communication and presentation skills.
