District Sales Manager
overseeing a high-performing team across the
Southwest U.S. (AZ, Southern CA, Las Vegas) . This is a
field leadership role
for an experienced pharmaceutical sales manager with a strong background in
new product launches and national performance rankings . Why This Role
High-visibility leadership role within a growing eye care organization Opportunity to lead and develop an established
team of 7 pharmaceutical sales reps Strong executive support and commercial momentum Competitive compensation with

Lead, coach, and develop a
district sales team
across the Southwest Drive execution of
new product launches
in ophthalmology / eye care Partner with national leadership to exceed district performance goals Build a culture of accountability, performance, and compliance Achieve consistent
national rankings and award-level performance What We’re Looking For
2+ years of pharmaceutical field sales management experience (required) Proven success leading teams through
new product launches Documented history of strong
district performance and national rankings Experience in
ophthalmology or specialty pharma strongly preferred Ability to travel throughout the district as needed Base salary: $170K–$205K
(dependent on experience) Incentive plan: additional $55K–$63K (uncapped) Very generous equity / stock package District sales manager, pharmaceutical sales management, eye care sales, ophthalmology sales, specialty pharma, field sales leadership, product launch
