Diamond Fulfillment Solutions is seeking a

high-performing, client-obsessed Account Manager

with experience in

fulfillment logistics and tradeshow operations . The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and deeply committed to delivering best-in-class service. This role serves as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, managing day-to-day needs while leading a variety of fulfillment, programming, kitting, and tradeshow-related projects. The Account Manager becomes an expert in Diamond’s service offerings and uses that expertise to anticipate client needs, deliver solutions, prevent issues, and drive operational excellence. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires strong communication, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality. Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, delivering timely, proactive, and solutions-oriented support. Lead all daily communications to ensure client needs are met with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Host client meetings, both internal and onsite, to review project status, priorities, and upcoming events. Provide backup support for team members when needed. Project & Program Execution

Lead and manage complex project types—including program implementations, system integrations, custom kitting initiatives, print production needs, and tradeshow support activities. Write and communicate clear specifications for custom programming, reporting requirements, and client-specific workflows. Evaluate, document, and refine client programs, operating procedures, and fulfillment processes. Create schedules, obtain quotes, and manage all deadlines to ensure flawless execution. Prepare accurate and timely client invoicing. Tradeshow & Exhibit Logistics Support

Collaborate with clients on planning, prepping, shipping, and receiving exhibit assets. Work cross-functionally to ensure all graphics, hardware, crates, kits, and parts are prepared and packed accurately for show shipment. Review layouts and drawings for booth components, ensuring proper execution by production and warehouse teams. Support issue resolution and proactive problem-prevention for all tradeshow assets, deadlines, and logistics steps. Coordinate with production teams on refurbishment, repair work, and quality checks. Provide direction to warehouse personnel or helpers when preparing large-scale exhibit jobs. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with development, warehouse, production, and leadership teams to deliver creative, efficient, high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot issues swiftly and put preventative measures in place to enhance future performance. Control web order portal settings and work with development teams on updates and improvements. Exceptional customer service skills; professional, personable, and client-focused. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex information. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical ability with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively across teams. Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills (Word and PowerPoint a plus). Demonstrated project management abilities with excellent follow-through. Self-starter with strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire for continuous improvement. Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, adapt, and retain information. Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, tradeshow services, or related industry preferred. Experience supporting tradeshows, events, exhibits, or experiential marketing strongly preferred. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or onsite tradeshow support. Must be able to pass a background check, credit check, and drug test. Must successfully complete the 90-day probationary period. What Success Looks Like in This Role
