Overview
General Description:
The Regional Sales Manager (Great Lakes Region) is responsible for achieving sales targets and working toward the achievement of related sales budget, goals, and objectives within a defined geographical area and/or account base. This position is focused on both developing and maintaining relationships with agents/distributors as well as selling to direct end users. Description:

Directly responsible for account sales and development as well as communication of goals and objectives to internal resources to ensure territory success. Develop specific business and sales plans to achieve growth objectives including recommendations for new product development and other Company services in support of said plan. Directly accountable for new account acquisitions and maintaining existing accounts. Deliver results by identifying and creating opportunities and setting goals that deliver profitability/growth in your territory. Respond quickly to obstacles to secure a competitive advantage. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with the key personnel of each assigned account. Fairly arbitrate customer and channel conflicts within assigned geographical channels. Maintain a general awareness of developments within the market to provide feedback on customer issues, competitor activities, pricing trends, consolidation activities, and marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate and complete account data within the company CRM system relating to opportunities, forecasts, milestone dates, and other information as required by management. Provide timely and complete reports and other information as required by management. Act in a positive and proactive manner while presenting Bando USA, its products and services, and policies. Qualifications
Education/Experience Required Bachelor’s degree preferred 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales Experience in automotive aftermarket industry strongly preferred Skills Required Technically minded, new business development oriented. Experience and awareness of End Users, Integrators, as well as selling through industrial Distributors and Channel Partners. Building and leveraging customer relationships. Effectively work with internal departments, distributors, and customers. Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to work to deadlines, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of territory including customers, competition, and market segments is strongly preferred. Ability to plan and execute sales trips while staying under designated travel budget. Physical / Mental Requirements / Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear and is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. The ability to use a cell phone, laptop, and other electronic business tools and related software.
