Your Role: Dining Room Manager – Fine Dining Focus As Dining Room Manager, you’ll lead a hospitality experience that rivals upscale restaurants while creating meaningful moments for senior residents every single day.
In this role, you will
Oversee the daily operation and presentation of a refined, restaurant-style dining room
Set the tone for exceptional service, ensuring every meal feels welcoming and elevated
Lead, train, and develop serving staff in fine-dining standards and service excellence
Uphold the highest standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and guest experience
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have
A high school diploma or equivalent
Experience training others in customer service, fine-dining or upscale service standards, efficient serving techniques, table settings, and side work
A passion for hospitality, leadership, and creating memorable dining experiences
