What You’ll Be Doing Here at BridgePoint, the Market Director of Business Development (Market DBD) supports the referral development efforts of the Clinical Liaisons. The Market DBD provides support and training for facility-based staff who have marketing, referral finding and relationship management responsibilities. The Market Director of Business Development implements system and market specific initiatives to support and achieve organizational goals.

Salary / Wage Range Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
Education Must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent experience and clinical training may be substituted.
Licenses / Certification Valid driver’s license.
Experience Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing/business development or leadership. Previous management experience helpful.
