Ziegler CAT has an opening for an OEM Sales Coordinator who provides operational and sales support for the OEM sales division. The OEM Sales Coordinator will provide support to Ziegler Power System's customers and initiate plans that address those needs.

Responsibilities: Provide timely engine invoicing to customers Receive, audit, and code freight and CAT invoices to proper engines Process and maintain all OEM CAT Extended Service Contracts Manage all OEM Engine division discount programs with CAT for compliance Register shipped engines and warranty/delivery dates with CAT Monitor and reconcile all engine record estimates in a timely manner Manage Ziegler's EPA and CAT Tier 4 reporting requirements Manage OEM Flex letters including origination, tracking and submittal Compile pairing reporting requirements from CAT Secure monthly pairing and reporting requirements from CAT and customers Provide backup role for OEM Project Manager Qualifications : High School Degree required; 2-4 year degree preferred Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Project, and electronic software Strong documentation and reporting skills required Personal Attributes: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Learning Orientation, Attention to Detail, Teamwork Minimum Physical Requirements: Standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearing

The pay range for this position is $26.85 to $32.21 Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location.
