A 70+ bed, very high-tech community hospital just 20 minutes outside Indianapolis is seeking a Director of Pulmonology to build out a new team with a long-standing patient population. Position Highlights
70+ bed hospital with a 23-bed ICU
Light critical care load: typically 1-2 vented patients per month
Flexible hours with strong work-life balance
Onsite call burden is low thanks to a strong hospitalist team
Advanced technology, including robotic bronchos
New physician has potential to also practice doing some Sleep Disorders
The highly approachable, Hospital Leadership (with physician representation) has a bright vision for the future and has already implemented new, high-tech technology throughout!
Compensation & Benefits
Highly competitive salary (600K Potential for Director Candidates) + RVU Productivity
