Description The services You will provide the client project team: As a Performance Management Specialist Contractor, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of employee performance management practices. Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive employee performance management programs. Work with the team in implementing recognition management initiatives to enhance employee engagement. Support the administration of performance evaluations and feedback processes. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Work you'll do

Support the Digital & Analytics PM Manager in operational support activities (including: maintenance of issue trackers, preparation of materials for Monthly Tech SME calls, updating job aids/system documentation as needed, maintaining PM activities calendar, etc.)

Triage reported system issues and help troubleshoot towards resolution

Help manage quarterly releases of new features within PM applications

Support testing, cutover, and system training efforts as needed

Coordinate with Talent process owners and subject matter advisors to manage change requests

Leverage shared project team site(s) and OneNote to ensure structure and access to communications, materials, and documents for all project team members

Schedule follow up calls, take notes, and distribute action items from discussions

Collaborate with Talent, Consulting, and Client Technology teams to deliver effective technology solutions

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience working in Operational Support Processes within Talent systems (preferably performance management experience)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

Preferred

Organized and able to track details on issues, able to troubleshoot issues

Strong communication skills with different stakeholders (tech team, end-users of system, supervising manager)

Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach, with the ability to collaborate with team members on best practices

Proficient in working in dynamic, complex, client-focused, and team-focused environments with minimal oversight, possessing an agile mindset

Enthusiastic about the opportunity to work in developing, ambiguous, and challenging situations

Pay rate:

$42.61/hr depending on experience
