As an Associate Interior Designer at STUHF Studio, you will have a key operational and design support role that ensures our projects run smoothly from concept to completion. This person balances project management, production, and client support while maintaining the firm’s high standard for design quality, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for a mid-level designer who enjoys organizing, mentoring, and executing design work and who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from an accredited school 4-7 years of Interior Design experience at architecture or design firm NCIDQ certification preferred General knowledge and experience in all phases of the design process (SD through CD) Proficiency in Sketch-Up, Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam Experience in selecting interior finishes and fixtures (lighting, plumbing, and appliances) Knowledge and experience in producing code compliant construction documents including, but not limited to architectural floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, interior elevations, casework elevations, interior details, and necessary finish / fixture schedules General knowledge of furniture specifications with experience in preparing FF&E packages on commercial projects Must be self-motivated, well organized, and a clear communicator Must have the desire to take ownership of projects and related tasks with a desire to grow in their professional career Responsibilities

Collaborate and communicate with clients, vendors, and team members for interior design and furniture projects Manage interior design or furniture assignments to meet project deadlines and deliverables Lead a project from start to finish, including modeling and rendering interior spaces, selecting finishes and fixtures, preparing presentations and design packages, producing full construction drawings.
