Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong technical background and hands‑on expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate has over a decade of Salesforce development experience and a proven track record of designing scalable, secure, and high‑quality Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Translate functional and business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, scalable design patterns, and platform limitations.
Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components.
Develop high‑performance, reusable, and reliable Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Build secure integrations leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and external systems as needed.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the development team.
Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross‑functional teams within an Agile environment.
Lead and coordinate Daily Scrum Meetings, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
Break down business requirements and user stories into executable development tasks.
Identify, track, and resolve defects through peer review and testing cycles.
Evaluate, recommend, and integrate AppExchange products based on business needs and compatibility.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of hands‑on experience on the Salesforce platform (Administration, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning, Communities/Experience Cloud, etc.).
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and platform constraints.
Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Git, etc.).
Experience with Communities/Experience Cloud configuration and customization.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $101,300 - $230,790/yr
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
