Role Overview Lenovo’s Solutions and Services Group (SSG) is seeking a Director of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships to lead global relationships with key technology partners, including companies like Microsoft, NVIDIA, ServiceNow, SAP, and other strategic ecosystem leaders. This role is accountable for defining and executing alliance strategy, managing senior partner relationships, and driving business outcomes for assigned partnerships. The Director works closely with product offering teams, sales leadership, and marketing to align solutions, activate co-sell motions, and drive pipeline growth and revenue contribution through partner-led initiatives. The role operates in a highly matrixed environment and collaborates closely with Lenovo corporate partner marketing teams, other business groups, and regional organizations to ensure global alignment, consistency, and scalable execution. Key Responsibilities

Lead global alliance strategy and execution for assigned strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Lenovo solutions and services priorities. Serve as the primary executive point of contact for partner relationships, including governance, QBRs, and long-term planning. Develop and operationalize joint business plans, including solution alignment, co-sell motions, and go-to-market priorities. Partner with product offering teams to align partner technologies with Lenovo roadmaps and influence solution development and packaging. Work closely with global and regional sales leaders to enable partner-led selling motions, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue attainment. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute joint go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and customer advocacy initiatives. Coordinate with corporate partnership teams, other Lenovo business units, and geographic teams to align investments and execution. Establish success metrics and track performance, including pipeline contribution, revenue impact, adoption, and program effectiveness. Represent Lenovo in partner executive engagements, industry events, and ecosystem forums. Leadership Scope and Impact

Operates with a global scope and significant autonomy within defined strategic objectives. Influences revenue and growth outcomes through alliance strategy and execution. Leads complex initiatives through matrixed teams across product, sales, marketing, and regions. Acts as a trusted advisor to senior Lenovo stakeholders on ecosystem and partner strategy. Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred. 12+ years of experience in B2B technology roles, including strategic alliances, partner management, or go-to-market leadership. Preferred Requirements

Experience managing relationships with major enterprise technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, NVIDIA, hyperscalers, or leading ISVs). Demonstrated success driving joint partner strategies that deliver measurable business impact. Demonstrated skills and hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, or business outcomes. Strong experience working across product, sales, and marketing organizations in global, matrixed environments. Expertise in enterprise B2B solution positioning, messaging, and value articulation. Experience managing budgets, agencies, or external vendors. Strong analytical and operational skills, including forecasting and performance measurement. Global operating experience across regions and time zones. Willingness to travel as needed; travel expectations will vary based on candidate location. This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the U.S. with preference for the Eastern or Central time zones. If you\'re near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office—great for collaboration and connection! The base salary range budgeted for this position is $160,000 to $240,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
