Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in McLean, VA. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, engaging with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the growth of client brands. Responsibilities will also involve conducting sales presentations, maintaining client relationships, and participating in training programs designed to enhance skills and professional development.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive client relationships
Experience in Sales and the ability to execute effective sales strategies
Understanding of Training techniques to mentor and guide team members
Proficiency in Sales & Marketing principles to support campaign planning and execution
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in outreach or brand engagement is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
