Company description

Hi there! We’re Razorfish. We’ve been leading the marketing industry with our digital expertise since the start of the internet. But in 2020, we did a full reboot. What’s different? It all starts with people. Weird, wonderful, complex people - with diverse backgrounds in strategy, creative and technology. But no matter how different we are, we all have one thing in common. We believe our differences are our strength. So we push for inclusion, challenge convention and bring in new perspectives, to inspire new ideas. Because when we connect by understanding what makes people different, we can create unforgettable experiences that enrich lives. Join us at razorfish.com. Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to help shape a major digital transformation and brand‑building initiative for one of the nation’s largest auto retailers. This is a role for a consummate storyteller — someone who knows how to craft narrative, elevate brand voice, and bring big ideas to life across large‑scale digital ecosystems. You’ll write for a high‑visibility enterprise website and additional digital touchpoints, partnering closely with UX design, creative direction, and strategy teams. You’ll collaborate with fellow copywriters to contribute to the creative vision, and help guide users through complex processes with clarity, confidence, and an inviting, human tone. Responsibilities

Develop narrative, brand‑driven copy across major digital touchpoints including homepages, landing pages, social, email, and other web experiences. Expand copy efforts into additional channels over time, including apps, email programs, social content, and other digital surfaces. Collaborate closely with UX designers, creative directors, strategy leads, and copy partners. Present ideas internally, tailoring your work to creative leadership; minimal direct client presentation is expected. Strike the right brand tone of voice while helping users navigate complex processes simply and clearly. Work independently within established brand guardrails, managing your own workload with minimal micromanagement. Maintain excellence in grammar, clarity, tone, and brand voice across all deliverables. Synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders and refine work accordingly. Uphold high creative standards and advocate for thoughtful, well‑crafted storytelling. Qualifications

5–7+ years of copywriting experience within a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency environment. A portfolio showcasing conceptual brand work, digital writing, and multi‑platform storytelling. Strong creative writing samples that demonstrate craft, clarity, and strategic thinking. Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including web experiences, user journeys, online campaigns, and social strategy. Experience working with high-visibility brands (agency or in‑house) strongly preferred. Ability to work independently within a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. Passion for big ideas, a love for craft, and eagerness to take on new responsibilities as the program grows. Additional information
