Role We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to support our Partnerships team and play a key role in bringing The Cadillac Formula 1 ®

Team story to life. As a newly established Formula 1 ®

team, we are setting our sights on making a lasting impact within the sport. We're looking for creative, ambitious individuals to help us shape our identity and share our vision with the world.

You will be the creative engine supporting our Partnerships team on all things creative—designing pitch decks, visual assets, partner-facing concepts, and activation materials. You will ensure our brand is represented at the highest level in every commercial interaction.

Responsibilities

Create visually compelling pitch decks, proposals, and commercial presentations

Develop design assets for partnerships activations, signage, social extensions, and events

Work with Partnerships, Brand, and Creative teams to align creative direction

Maintain brand consistency across all partner touchpoints

Support concepting for new partnership opportunities and co-branded campaigns

Deliver high-quality design quickly in a fast-moving environment

Designing branded assets for internal and external usage to support the wider brand strategy and partner activations

Continuously contributing creative ideas to help build and shape our identity

Working at various race weekends may be required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field

Previous Graphic Design experience with a demonstrable portfolio

Prior motorsport experience is essential

Proven experience designing and producing digital and print graphics with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work

Strong knowledge of Adobe CS software, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and After Effects

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint and Word)

Insightful and up to date with latest design trends and technology

Comfortable working in high pressure environments with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
