The Senior Manager of Social Media Title Marketing is responsible for leading social marketing campaigns for a slate of branded television series and films distributed across linear cable and streaming platforms. This role owns the end-to-end organic and paid social strategy for assigned titles and works cross-functionally with marketing, creative, media, content teams, external showrunners, and talent to drive high-impact, culturally relevant campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive organic and paid social strategies for assigned titles Partner closely with cross-functional marketing teams (strategy, media, creative, analytics) to deliver conversation-driving campaigns Communicate social strategy, campaign voice, and platform approach through detailed marketing briefs Manage and prioritize title responsibilities and slate in partnership with senior leadership Advise on and implement best-in-class social media practices, evolving tactics based on performance data and cultural trends Collaborate with title teams on talent social training, on-set social capture, live event coverage, influencer activations, digital paid media creative, and digital experiences Understand and communicate the cultural and social landscape relevant to each title and brand Work with analytics and strategy partners to deliver insights, reporting, and performance updates that inform creative and strategic decisions Create high-impact social moments around key milestones including announcements, trailers, premieres, and press Manage agencies and platform partners, including community management and social listening Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience in social marketing, editorial, media, or community management Experience managing a small team Strong background working in matrixed, fast-paced entertainment environments Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and align stakeholders Experience presenting creative vision, strategy, and concepts at all organizational levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for entertainment, television, film, and pop culture; highly active social media user Strong problem-solving skills with the patience to navigate organizational and operational complexity Ability to balance business objectives with audience needs Exceptional organizational, strategic, and creative judgment High attention to detail, resourcefulness, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
