Overview The Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix Premium Sales team seeks a commercially oriented, results driven individual to cultivate leads, manage a sales process and execute a strategy to close hospitality and general seating deals with both domestic and international customers. This position reports to the Director, Premium Sales. The role involves selling exclusive luxury products, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to LVGP’s goal of growing the global brand within North America. The event is a three-day spectacle on the Las Vegas Strip, attracting a global audience.

Responsibilities

Sell a full menu of ticket products for the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix, including grandstand tickets, suites, hospitality seats, and Grand Prix Plaza events.

Sell packages such as hospitality seats and suites, and grandstands.

Produce revenue via traditional and non-traditional methods including cold calls, in-person meetings, site visits, and networking.

Complete outbound outreach with the goal of establishing face-to-face appointments.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and KPIs as determined by the Director of Sales.

Provide excellent customer service with prompt and thorough responses for all inbound and outbound communication.

Attend race week to ensure high-quality customer service for all clients and fans.

Assist the Ticket Sales & Service department in various duties as needed.

Supportive Functions

Attend sponsored charity events within the local community.

Assist with event planning and coordination of sales/services related events.

Other tasks and duties assigned by Supervisor/Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.

Minimum of 1-2 years of related premium sales experience preferred.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and execute in a timely manner.

Flexible with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment with challenging demands and frequent changes.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Professional demeanor and ability to interact with all levels of the organization and outside contacts.

Efficient and effective communication – verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the event calendar requires.

Qualified candidates must be able to work in the United States.

This position is on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
