Chief Commercial Officer Main responsibilities The Chief Commercial Officer is a key executive role reporting directly to the Managing Director. The position is responsible for defining and executing the Group’s commercial strategy, ensuring profitable growth, brand coherence and customer value across all banners and channels. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong business mindset, capable of integrating
brand, purchasing, product, marketing and digital levers
within a long-term omnichannel vision.
Key Responsibilities
Define, develop and implement the Group’s commercial strategy across all banners, ensuring alignment with growth, profitability and positioning objectives
Oversee the development of private label and sourcing strategies, guaranteeing competitiveness, quality and margin optimization
Drive purchasing strategies across product categories in collaboration with Country Leaders, ensuring achievement of profitability targets
Define and guide brand and marketing strategies to ensure strong and coherent positioning across banners and brands
Support the development of digital channels, loyalty programs and omnichannel initiatives, integrating online and in-store customer experience
Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment among commercial, marketing, digital and operational teams
Candidate profile
Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
At least 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles with responsibility for sales, marketing, product development and digital channels
Proven track record in P&L management and in defining and executing growth strategies for brands and categories
Solid experience in
retail or fashion
environments, preferably within multibrand, multi-banner or international organizations
Strong strategic vision combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills in complex, cross-functional contexts
Customer-centric mindset with a strong passion for innovation and continuous improvement— both technological and process-related — to address evolving market challenges
