The
Sales Executive Software Solutions
has a technology industry background and a strong track record in selling software solutions and IT services in the U.S. market. The position requires extensive experience prospecting, closing enterprise deals, and managing long-term client relationships. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy. Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the software and technology sector, with a focus on custom development, data solutions, RPA, infrastructure, and security. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive significant revenue growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, leveraging cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Lead software demonstrations, address technical inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals. Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, ensuring both profitability and high customer satisfaction. Mentor and develop the sales team, providing guidance on consultative sales, negotiation strategies, and industry best practices. Analyze sales performance metrics, generate insightful reports for management and recommend improvements to commercial processes. Responsible for driving to various client sites and sales events in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company safety protocols. Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients. Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department. Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Familiarity with sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales cycle management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and communicate with leaders and team members. Strong negotiation skills to close deals and manage client expectations. Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations. Attention to detail. Expertise in building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Efficiently managing time to balance multiple clients and tasks, while staying organized in a dynamic work environment. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members. Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process. Adjusting strategies based on market changes and client feedback. Leading and mentoring a sales team to achieve targets and improve performance. Education & Experience
At least 3 years' experience in software sales or IT solutions, with a strong B2B consultative sales approach. Previous experience and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) required. Previous experience training, coaching, or leading sales teams highly preferred. Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and communication skills. Ability to engage in professional discussions and produce high quality written content. Proven experience exclusively in the technology industry (software sales, SaaS, IT consulting, or tech solutions). Previous experience selling to the North American market. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. This role requires a valid, non-restrictive driver's license as it involves regular travel to client sites and company locations. Required Licenses and/or Certifications
