LATAM Sales Manager
to lead and grow our
Jumbo Roll Tissue business across Latin America .
This is a high-impact senior commercial role focused on expanding market share, building key customer relationships, and driving volume growth for our tissue product portfolio.
You will represent a global industry leader committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.
Responsibilities
Support for customers in B2C tissue finished goods
Regional Strategy:
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Latin America to grow market share and business volume.
Customer Relationships:
Build strong partnerships with converters, distributors, and key accounts across the region.
Market Development:
Identify and cultivate new opportunities across emerging and established markets.
Market Insights:
Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends to support strategic decisions.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with head of region, global sales and operational teams to align on objectives and initiatives.
What You Bring
Experience:
Minimum 7–10 years in commercial roles within the tissue industry, ideally with jumbo rolls/parent rolls/converting rolls. Candidates with Away-from-Home or Consumer Tissue experience will also be considered.
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of B2C Tissue Finished Goods and customer expectations is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
Mindset:
Adaptable, hands-on, growth-oriented, and commercially driven.
Independence:
Comfortable managing a multi-country region and working in a fast-paced, international environment.
