The anticipated starting salary range for Washington-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission (on-target-earnings $120,000 - $150,000) base salary plus unlimited commission. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities
Develop New Business:
Proactively generate new clients and build relationships with local and regional decision-makers.
Create Winning Campaigns:
Design custom, multi-channel advertising campaigns using digital, audio, events, and e-commerce.
Exceed Sales Goals:
Meet and exceed sales objectives while serving clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Earn Big:
The more you sell, the more you earn via uncapped commissions.
Qualifications
3+ years of digital media sales experience with a track record of winning new business and meeting sales targets (radio sales a plus).
A hunter mentality: thrive in generating new business and closing deals.
Strong understanding of digital, audio, and interactive marketing.
Goal-oriented, creative mindset with ability to find innovative solutions for clients.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and social media ad platforms.
Ability to be in-person in the Seattle office 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu).
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record; if required, proof of insurance.
