What started as a small, founder-led project has grown into a rapidly scaling brand with international production partners. As our production volume continues to grow, we’re looking to add a Production Coordinator to support day-to-day production operations and help keep timelines, communication, and execution running smoothly.
Role Overview
The Production Coordinator will support the Production Manager with daily production tasks, factory communication, and production tracking. This role is highly detail-oriented and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants hands-on experience in apparel production. Key Responsibilities
Support daily communication with overseas and domestic factories Track production timelines, samples, approvals, and bulk orders Maintain and update production trackers, POs, and status documents Coordinate sample shipments and follow-ups Assist with fabric, trim, and packaging approvals Help flag delays or issues and escalate as needed Support quality checks, tagging coordination, and delivery timelines Provide general production and operations support as needed Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in production, operations, or apparel coordination preferred Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent written communication, especially with overseas partners Comfortable working with spreadsheets and production trackers Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
