Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new business throughout Virginia.
Build and maintain relationships with businesses, agencies, and nonprofit partners
Present customized, multi-platform sponsorship opportunities across broadcast, digital, and live events
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns that serve clients and uphold our mission.
Represent WNRN with professionalism, purpose, and a focus on sustainable revenue growth.
Qualifications
Experience in media sales, advertising, fundraising, customer service or sponsorship development.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate audience value into client outcomes.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel across the state as needed.
A results-focused mindset grounded in public service values.
Creativity, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
