Lucrative commission structure where you can start earning from day one and there are approx. 100 customers already up and running in the region. The company has a huge amount of experience in the field of respiratory medicine support within the team, spanning over 70 years. Constantly seeking to evolve and improve products and service. This is an opportunity for a junior level candidate to move into the exciting area of respiratory medical device sales. You will be working within a small close-knit company where you will be able to come up with your own ideas and not just be a number. People tend to stay within the company for a long time. What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing sales revenue for your region by securing new business and growth in repeat business in private and NHS hospitals across respiratory, sleep, neonatal, ICU and paediatric wards. Requirements
You will have understanding of the way the NHS works. Any experience in the respiratory field is beneficial. You should be able to confidently approach clinicians and build strong relationships at all levels within the NHS. Able to work on own initiative, positive attitude, self-motivation. Willingness to learn and a good attitude are highly valued. Preferred experience
Any experience in medical sales is an advantage. Compensation and benefits
Basic Salary: £31,000 Bonus: Quarterly commission 5% on all new business for a 12-month period 3% on repeat business from day one Additional payments for growth and brand-new customers On target c £10k Car policy: Allowance - £300 a month Benefits: Pension, Healthcare - AXA, 25 days holiday, mobile, laptop
