What You'll Do The Sales Analytics Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing sales lead flow through data-driven decision-making, vendor coordination, and performance analysis. This role focuses on extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations to ensure consistent lead flow and achieve sales goals. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to align on lead management strategies.

Strategically manage sales lead flow by analyzing staffing schedules, lead pulling trends, and lead performance data to make informed decisions on sales lead purchase flow in coordination with external vendors.

Communicate sales lead performance trends and strategic recommendations to sales managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on lead flow objectives and overall sales goals.

Monitor vendor performance and analyze lead quality, conversion trends, and channel effectiveness to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Assist with vendor coordination, ensuring accurate lead delivery, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization of lead acquisition strategies.

Extract, clean, and organize data from SQL databases, CRM systems, and other sources to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and analysis.

Conduct routine audits to identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies across CRM, database, and vendor sources.

Consolidate and visualize data in Tableau dashboards to identify trends, outliers, discrepancies, and key performance drivers.

Collaborate cross-departmentally on special projects, reporting, and initiatives that support lead conversion and department objectives.

Support recurring and ad‑hoc reporting needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights that guide sales strategy and operational decisions.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications What We Look For

Associate’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a data‑driven role within sales, consumer operations, or business support.

Prior experience working with SQL-based data sources for querying and database connection.

Prior experience utilizing Tableau for data visualization and analysis.

Vendor management experience a strong plus.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and basic statistical skills.

Strong understanding of analysis techniques and experience creating reports that drive decisions.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally and present insights clearly.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.

Additional Information We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $26.00 to $33.00 per hour. Individual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
