This is a fully commission/1099 plus incentives position; there is no salaried base Typical first-year entry-level agents average $50,000 – $75,000; part-time agents average $20,000 – $40,000 New agents can achieve production-based incentives in their first year Experienced sales agents (two+ years with The Brewer Agency) earn upwards of $200,000+ in commissions and bonuses Qualifications
