is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN, right off Commerce Blvd, by Lake Minnetonka. It offers a lakeside work environment with 72 total units across memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team at Harrison Bay is creative, fun, and focused on helping our residents age magnificently. Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, weekend manager on duty rotation required. Wage:

RN Director of Health Services duties include: Oversee the nursing staff for the provision of quality and appropriate resident care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards. Schedule and/or perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Maintain administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the proper charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments. Assist with hiring nursing staff, oversee orientation and training, and retain qualified staff to carry out nursing and assisted living programs and services. Assist with developing and implementing the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident population. Collaborate with the Executive Director to build relationships with internal and external prospects, customers, families, and care providers. Evaluate current and potential residents to determine and maintain the facility’s ability to provide the appropriate level of care. Manage clinical aspects of state or federal government survey processes. RN Director of Health Services Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse. A minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care is preferred. Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills. Annual reviews with wage increases.
