Our brand is bold, colorful, and unforgettable, powered by Bubba, our animated bubble mascot, and our partnership with the Tampa Bay Lightning. We're obsessed with customer experience, community engagement, and high-impact creative.

We’re looking for a

Creative Designer

who can bring our brand to life across every touchpoint from digital ads to site signage, from social campaigns to billboards. You’ll work closely with the CMO and the broader marketing team to conceptualize and design brand-aligned creative campaigns and assets that grab attention and drive results.

What You’ll Do:

Design and produce high-quality creative assets for digital and physical platforms (social ads, email marketing, site signage, flyers, print ads, billboards, web, and partnership or pitch decks)

Adhere to established brand and seasonal style guides to ensure all creative aligns with current design standards and brand identity

Collaborate with marketing leadership to brainstorm and build fully integrated campaigns across multiple channels

Translate brand strategy into bold, effective visual ideas and storylines that connect with our community

Manage multiple design projects and timelines with the ability to pivot quickly and deliver under pressure

Incorporate feedback and execute revisions with a strong attention to detail, collaborating professionally with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Help evolve and maintain our visual identity, including bringing Bubba (our bubble mascot) to life in new and creative ways

Occasionally assist with brand-related logistical tasks (e.g., coordinating or picking up signage, vendor materials, or campaign assets) as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Occasionally support with light video editing and motion graphics (bonus)

Perform other related duties as reasonably assigned in support of marketing and brand objectives.

Requirements

3+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced marketing or brand environment

Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere is a plus)

A strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility across digital and print campaigns

The ability to concept, create, and execute creative ideas from start to finish

A collaborative attitude and strong communication skills

A passion for brand-building and storytelling through design

Bonus: Experience working with consumer-facing brands, especially in retail, entertainment, or multi-location businesses

Employment & Work Requirements:

Successful completion of a background check as a condition of employment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to travel locally for site visits, installations, or vendor coordination

Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 lbs on an occasional basis
