Role Description \ This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Cleveland, OH (Valley View). The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow the company's brand presence and patient base. Daily responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends and campaign performance, and optimizing customer engagement strategies. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing creative solutions to ensure the achievement of business growth objectives.

Skills

Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management

Familiarity with utilizing AI LLMs for code editing and generation to update website assets

Skilled in Adobe Suite for graphic design

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of marketing tools

Exceptional communication, writing, and collaboration skills

Knowledge of CRM software campaign automations (Hubspot specific knowledge is a plus)

Proficiency in Google ads, Meta ads, and analytics is desirable

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required

Strong interest in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus

Experience with video recording/production/editing is a plus

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Tracking and optimizing for KPIs around CPC, CAC, conversions, churn, reviews, open rate and growth

Building automations to streamline operations and responses to inbound inquiries

Monitor budgets and maintain relationships with outside marketing partners

Draft and post regular blog posts and marketing emails.

Draft and schedule social posts, track and reply to social posts and reviews

Exports, parsing and organizing CRM data

Designing and ordering marketing materials both physical and digital

Maintain and manage VoIP phone lines

Website monitoring, maintenance and updates in Squarespace with external support

This position is not remote, commute should be within 30 minutes driving.

Base salary $45,000-50,000 per year plus incentives
