Overview
AADOM is seeking a hands-on Digital Media professional to own execution, optimization, and performance across paid and programmatic channels. This is a true operator role — not a strategy-only or oversight position. You will directly manage campaigns, budgets, reporting, and client communication across a high-volume book of business, supporting 40+ accounts with monthly media spend exceeding $30K in aggregate. Success requires deep platform fluency, strong client communication, and the ability to move fast, stay organized, and deliver measurable results. Paid Media Execution (Hands-On)
Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting) Facebook & Instagram Ads Programmatic Display & Retargeting Geofencing Sponsored Gmail Ads Monitor pacing, performance, and budget allocation across all accounts. Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative rotation, and conversion tracking. Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and platform issues in real time. Client Onboarding & Ongoing Management
Lead onboarding calls with new advertisers, gathering goals, targeting criteria, creative assets, and tracking requirements. Translate business objectives into executable media plans. Serve as day-to-day point of contact for campaign questions, optimizations, and performance discussions. Manage a high-volume client roster with consistent communication and fast turnaround times. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Produce clear, timely performance reports across channels (monthly and as needed). Analyze results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations. Ensure accuracy of metrics, conversions, and attribution. Monitor social and digital channels for audience trends, brand sentiment, and competitive activity. Surface insights that can inform targeting, messaging, and creative strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative, account management, and operations teams to ensure assets, tracking, and launches stay on schedule. Operate as a doer within a team environment — executing, not delegating. Social Listening & Market Intelligence
Monitor social and digital channels for audience trends, brand sentiment, and competitive activity. Surface insights that can inform targeting, messaging, and creative strategy. Required Experience & Skills
3+ years hands-on paid media management experience Proven experience managing 40+ active client accounts simultaneously Direct responsibility for $30K+ monthly ad spend across multiple platforms Deep working knowledge of: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting, Gmail Sponsored Promotions) Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Programmatic, Geofencing, and Audience Targeting Strong reporting, analytical, and optimization skills Experience conducting onboarding calls and ongoing performance reviews with clients Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-account-volume environment Not a “direct and delegate” role — must be fully hands-on in platforms daily What Success Looks Like
