About the Role: The Senior Campaign Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and performance of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across the U.S. and Canada. This highly strategic and operational role is designed for a marketer who thrives in managing complex, cross-portfolio programs and aligning closely with Sales to deliver measurable pipeline impact. You will oversee large-scale campaigns spanning Fraud & Identity, Financial Crime Compliance, Credit Risk, Collections & Recovery, SMB Risk, Investigations & Due Diligence, and Risk Orchestration.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage full-funnel, multi-channel integrated campaigns (email, paid media, social, content, events, webinars, and ABM).
Translate business goals and sales priorities into use-case–driven campaign plans.
Align messaging and assets by partnering with Product Marketing, Thought Leadership, Digital, Creative, and Sales teams.
Create campaign briefs, asset plans, and production schedules.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and vendor partners.
Coordinate supporting activities such as webinars, content syndication, LinkedIn campaigns, display ads, nurture flows, and tradeshow tie-ins.
Oversee landing pages, email sequences, and paid ad launches with the Digital team.
Work closely with Sales to ensure campaigns drive pipeline generation, cross-sell, and account activation.
Enable Sales with battlecards, one-pagers, post-event playbooks, and campaign toolkits.
Collaborate with Field Marketing to maintain consistency between regional and national campaigns.
Monitor KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CTR, CPL, pipeline generation, and influenced revenue.
Use data-driven insights from Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, and PowerBI to iterate and optimize.
Deliver monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, integrated campaigns, or marketing program management.
Proven success in building multi-channel campaigns for complex sales organizations.
Proven understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey, persona targeting, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Hands‑on experience with Eloqua (or similar MAP), Salesforce, paid media orchestration, A/B testing, and content‑led campaign execution.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Experience in financial services, fintech, fraud, compliance, risk, credit, or similar industries (preferred).
Pay Range: U.S. National Base Pay Range: $86,600 - $144,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
Incentive Bonus: This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
