3+ years of estate administration experience Preparation of petitions in Surrogate’s Courts for the appointment of fiduciaries. Navigate trust and estate administrations, including assisting fiduciary in collection of assets, discharge of liabilities, obtaining EIN. Fully knowledgeable in preparation of federal and state estate tax returns. On-line research will be required. Preparation of Informal accountings for estates and trusts. Must have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
