My Senior Health Plan, a leader in the Medicare B2C space for nearly 20 years, is looking for a motivated and energetic Licensed Medicare Sales Representative to join our growing team. Job Summary: As a Licensed Medicare Sales Representative, you\'ll assist clients in evaluating and enrolling in the best Medicare plans to meet their needs. You’ll manage outbound and inbound calls, educate clients about Medicare, and convert leads into sales. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a sales pipeline, building long-term relationships, and exceeding performance goals.
Responsibilities
Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare plans.
Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate on Medicare eligibility and options.
Prospect new (warm) leads, handle inbound/outbound calls, and drive sales.
Maintain a strong client pipeline and ensure high-quality follow-up.
Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics.
Use CRM tools for managing client information and tracking progress.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations.
License & Appointment My Senior Health Plan Inc. requires all Medicare Sales Representatives to have a current/valid Life & Health license and be able to satisfactorily pass all requirements needed to be appointed in every state by private carriers. My Senior Health Plan will provide all training and exam materials to obtain the appropriate licensure, if applicable. All Medicare Sales Representatives must comply with CDI regulations, continuing education, and renewal requirements, and complete the annual AHIP test with a passing score. Additionally, employees must comply with all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
Requirements
Active Health & Life license in your resident state. California license is a plus.
Current AHIP certificate required before starting.
Job stability and tenure in previous roles.
3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong phone presence and communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Proficient in CRM Software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and coachable.
Compensation Overview
Transition to Medicare Sales Representative: After completing training and obtaining the appropriate licensure, hourly base pay is equivalent to $37,440 annually with the potential to earn $70,000–$85,000 total compensation (including incentives) in your first year as a representative, based on performance.
Ongoing Success and Growth: With continued success, annual earnings can grow significantly, with the potential to exceed $115,000 annually based on performance.
Working Conditions
Stationary role, operating a computer and office equipment.
Light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
Remote in the U.S. (only if the candidate lives 30+ miles away from the La Jolla, CA office or 50+ miles away from the Brentwood, TN office).
This position works off the Pacific Time Zone schedule of 8:30am-5:15pm PST.
