I’m partnering with a Series B ($43M+) venture-backed insurance technology company redefining how risk is managed for high-growth businesses. Instead of a traditional brokerage, they’ve built a new category: elite risk advisors operating on top of proprietary AI-enabled technology, enabling faster decisions, deeper automation, and a higher standard of service. This is a key growth role that blends consultative selling, client leadership, and GTM execution. We’re looking for someone who wants ownership of revenue, thrives in high-performance environments, and is excited to help scale a category-defining business. What You’ll Do

Own the full mid-market sales cycle (discovery → close), collaborating with BDRs and Risk Management Advisors to drive deals forward Lead consultative discovery conversations that uncover operational challenges and risk exposures, building trusted partnerships Manage onboarding for new accounts, setting the foundation for long-term success Source and manage pipeline through outbound efforts, warm intros, referrals, and strategic networking Build proposals and deal narratives that clearly communicate value and influence decision-makers Who You Are

3–8 years in sales or account executive roles Experience with mid-market sales and/or Enterprise Account Management Experience selling challenger or differentiated solutions in competitive markets Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Collaborative and team-oriented Experience in insurance, risk management, or complex services is not needed but is a plus Competitive compensation + equity Comprehensive benefit plans for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability
