We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, investor-backed technology company operating at the intersection of fintech and healthcare. The business has strong market traction, a clear product-market fit, and is now entering a major growth phase as it expands its commercial team in New York.
This is an opportunity to join a driven, high-performance sales environment where execution, pace, and ownership really matter.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll focus on winning new business through a proactive, outbound-led sales motion. You’ll engage senior decision-makers, run discovery and product conversations, and manage deals end-to-end in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
This role suits someone who enjoys being on the front line — building pipeline, running demos, and closing consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive new business through outbound prospecting (calls, email, in-person meetings)
Run structured discovery and commercial conversations with prospective customers
Own the full sales cycle from first touch through close
Represent the business at events, conferences, and industry meetups
Work closely with leadership and peers to refine messaging and sales approach
What They’re Looking For
2+ years of B2B closing experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Comfortable with outbound, volume, and momentum-driven selling
Strong commercial instincts and closing mentality
Clear, confident communicator with good presence
Experience selling into SMB or mid-market buyers preferred
Background in tech, fintech, healthcare, or adjacent sectors is a plus
Why It’s Compelling
Uncapped commission with realistic six-figure upside
Join a company in true scale-up mode, not “early experiment”
Clear progression opportunities as the sales org grows
High-energy, in-office culture with strong leadership visibility
Exposure to a mission-led product making a real-world impact
If you’re looking for a sales role with pace, accountability, and genuine earning potential — this one’s worth a conversation.
