As an Outside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to actively engage with our current customer base, providing expert pest control inspections and recommending the best pest solutions tailored to their needs. Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential and commercial customers Recommend customized pest control solutions based on inspection findings Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Drive new business by identifying potential customers and presenting pest control solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups Effectively manage your time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in the field Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice when needed Hit monthly sales targets Location

You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in

Lakewood, WA , for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc. Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of sales experience required Sales in labor or pest control services preferred Door-to-door sales experience is a plus Experience in performing inspections is a plus Experience selling and/or servicing in industries such as HVAC, solar, internet, cable, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs Benefits
