Join our BioProduction Group (BPG) in North America, where you'll be part of a dynamic team driving the future of biopharma production.

A day in the Life:
Manage and expand strategic relationships with core biopharmaceutical customers.
Drive revenue growth through central initiatives and technology adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordinated solutions.

Outstanding critical thinking and proven account management skills.
Ability to foster long-term relationships and successfully implement account plans.
Responsibilities
Manage and expand strategic relationships with core biopharmaceutical customers.
Drive revenue growth through central initiatives and technology adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordinated solutions.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with equivalent experience.
Experience
Minimum of 8+ years in bioprocessing or life sciences sales.
Proven success managing large strategic accounts in the biopharma or CDMO space.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong technical knowledge of upstream and downstream processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Schedule and Environment Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)
Environmental Conditions: Office
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role involves standard office work, with regular travel to client sites and industry events.
Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $143,900.00–$215,900.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
