Job Summary Closets by Design of the First Coast in Jacksonville is a leader in custom home organizing solutions, specializing in closets, garages, home offices, wall beds and more. As the top performing custom closet company in the region, we are expanding our operations by building out a dedicated Inside Sales Support Team that will work from our newly constructed showroom and sales office space.

The Inside Sales Lead will play a key role in this growth by providing seamless account support, maintaining strong sales momentum and strengthening client relationships. This is a full-time, hourly position with routine eligibility for team-based bonuses.

The Ideal Candidate

Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with Sales Managers and clients.

Motivated by team success, with a positive and professional demeanor.

Comfortable handling high-touch clients and complex sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Premium Accounts – Provide additional support to high-value / high-touch clients.

Account Support – Follow up on open / unsold opportunities to ensure no potential sale is left unresolved.

Construction Sales Support – Assist with construction-related sales requiring added coordination and accuracy.

Sales Continuity – Manage and transition accounts when a Sales Manager departs or changes role, ensuring clients remain supported.

Pipeline Management – Partner with Sales Managers to track opportunities, update records, and maintain organized sales workflows.

Collaboration – Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Leadership, Designers and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 1–2 years of sales or account support experience preferred.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Professional communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems a plus.
