Overview The Account Management practice at Onefluential is the operational backbone of our campaign delivery. Account Managers are responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional alignment to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within scope. Serving as the central project manager for each campaign, Account Managers coordinate with Creator Management, Creative, Strategy, and Finance while maintaining all required documentation and platforms. The ideal candidate knows how to navigate fast-paced agency life, juggle extreme volume, and still keep every timeline and budget tracker impeccably updated.
Responsibilities
Creates and maintains campaign timelines, creator trackers, and other required docs via approved templates
Owns Monday.com, works cross-functionally with Creator Management, Strategy, Creative, Finance, and the Division Lead to ensure trackers and dashboards are accurate
Owns Salesforce and corresponding inputs ensuring system is up to date at all times
Oversees budget tracking, ensuring every dollar is accounted for and spent
Assigns resources across all disciplines to each campaign
Facilitates SOW and Change Order workflows in Ironclad
Ensures timing and completion of deliverables align with agreed upon SLA timelines
Coordinates with Finance on POs and other related items to ensure billing is up to date and accurate
Provides weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting as needed to Division Lead and Operations
Qualifications
Strong project management background; comfortable managing multiple concurrent workflows.
Proficient with Monday.com (boards, dashboards, automations), Salesforce, and Ironclad.
Familiar with influencer/creative campaign workflows preferred.
Comfortable owning budgets, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Able to simplify complex workflows and keep teams accountable.
Clear communicator who drives alignment across functions.
Strong follow-through and comfort with deadlines/SLA adherence.
Confident managing up and flagging risks early.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
