Requirements
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Manage and close leads provided by Fineturf’s marketing engine
Manage a full sales pipeline through HubSpot with precise notes, deal stages, and follow‑up
Conduct lawn assessments and create customized recommendations based on turf type and needs
Present and close Fineturf programs and services to new clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support companywide retention goals
Partner with operations and service teams to ensure client expectations are met and documented
Resolve client concerns with professionalism, urgency, and extreme ownership
Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, growth‑focused culture
Maintain alignment between Sales, Operations, and Administration through strong communication
Uphold Fineturf’s values by consistently leading by example
Help the account management team maintain attrition below 18%
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Proven success in account management or B2C service‑based sales
Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals in a fast‑paced environment
Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Highly organized, disciplined, and detail‑oriented
Ability to self‑generate leads through relationships and community connections
Knowledge of lawn care or service‑industry experience (preferred but not required)
Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently
COMPENSATION:
Uncapped pay structure based on performance ($60k-$100k)
