This role is responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts through prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline management. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced inside sales environment. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business through outbound calling and follow-up Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline Build and maintain strong customer relationships Prepare and update sales reports and forecasts Perform CRM updates and data entry to track activity and opportunities Support internal sales and account management processes Qualifications
1–2 years of inside sales or business development experience Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools preferred
