Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support corporate attorneys within a Fortune 100 technology-driven Financial Services company. As a Paralegal, you will provide administrative and legal support to the Legal team in all stages of corporate transactions and with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with corporate and local regulations in the conduct of business activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment. Senior Paralegal: Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Paralegal to support corporate attorneys within a Fortune 100 technology-driven Financial Services company. As a Senior Paralegal, you will provide administrative and legal support to the Legal team in all stages of corporate transactions and with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with corporate and local regulations in the conduct of business activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners. Responsibilities

Document Preparation: Prepare and edit legal documents such as Board Resolutions, affidavits, contracts, agreements and related documents. Prepare demand letters and decisions, suspension memoranda, and other necessary filings. Prepare incorporation papers and documents. Prepare pertinent documents for increase of Capital Stock. Handle Corporation Cases. Perform other activities related to corporate documentary requirements. Research: Conduct research on various legal topics, including statutes, case law, and regulations. Contract Management Support: Assist with contract management tasks, such as document review and data analysis. Transactional Support: Assist with transactional tasks, such as due diligence and document review. Client/Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with clients and stakeholders, respond to inquiries, provide updates, and obtain information. File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, both physical and electronic. Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing tasks as needed. Qualifications
