support the attraction, retention, performance and growth of a diverse, values-based, mission-led and purpose driven workforce.* **Recognition:** Provide equitable and inclusive formal and informal pathways for our people to be recognised and appreciated for their work.* **Performance management:** Act as subject matter expert on the Performance Development Review (PDR) process across Mercy Health's clinical and non-clinical roles.* **Staff welling:** Collaborate with relevant departments to implement the Staff Wellbeing Framework.* **Manager development:** Improve the quality and skills of our managers and build programs to support new manager orientation and succession.* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Work closely with senior leaders, including Executives and their leadership teams, to implement employee experience initiatives.* **Continuous Improvement:** Evaluate and refine OD programs based on data and employee feedback.* **Deliver high-quality resources**: In conjunction with the Senior Group OD Consultant, develop and provide resources, such as Exec and Board papers, briefings, presentations and guides to support organisational development initiatives.**What you’ll bring**It takes a special kind of person to work in healthcare or community services.
