Partner with marketers in refinement sessions to clarify strategy and finalize intake requirements Design custom and experimental messaging solutions aligned to marketing objectives Build messaging solutions and perform self-QA testing prior to deployment Lead marketer user acceptance testing (UAT) for custom messaging solutions Conduct peer QA reviews to ensure deployment-ready solutions Monitor post-deployment performance to identify and remediate issues Use BI reporting and analytical queries to assess business impact and inform optimization Apply experimentation methodologies to improve engagement and minimize bias What you must have
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or applied marketing roles Strong HTML experience (required) Applied experience with template scripting languages (e.g., Liquid, Handlebars) Working knowledge of messaging best practices (email, push, in-app) Experience supporting or working within agile teams High attention to quality with the ability to identify bugs and edge cases Strong writing skills for documentation, solution design, and insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Analytical, curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or quantitative discipline Equivalent professional experience considered Salary
