Commercial Relationship Manager - C&I/Middle Market

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of C&I/Middle-Market commercial clients. This role focuses on originating and structuring complex credit solutions, deepening client relationships, and partnering closely with underwriting and senior credit leadership to deliver profitable growth while maintaining strong asset quality. The ideal candidate serves as a trusted advisor to clients and plays an active role in portfolio oversight from origination through closing and ongoing management. Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a C&I/Middle Market portfolio of commercial clients by expanding existing relationships and sourcing new opportunities that align with risk and return objectives. Collaborate with underwriting and credit leadership to analyze borrower risk, structure loan terms, prepare opportunity memos, term sheets, and commitment letters, and support the approval and closing process. Act as a strategic financial partner by understanding client needs and delivering appropriate lending and banking solutions across products and services. Monitor financial performance and covenant compliance, identify emerging risks or trends, and communicate findings to management and credit partners. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or commercial lending Strong credit and financial analysis skills with experience partnering closely with underwriting and credit teams Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience managing complex client and credit documentation
